TAKEOVERS

Stop all this takeover nonsense. Sometimes they call it mergers. It is not good for the economy. First it rids good paying jobs. Second r&d suffers because of the debt taken on by the takeover company. It is not a good thing! If out of the blue I were to throw a load of debt onto a company, it would have to sell off and diminish the work force to get rid of that debt. It does not make a company lean! It reduces the company's good assets for the sake of making very few rich.
